Breakfast by the Bay is not a brick and mortar storefront. What started out as my making my 'world famous' Maple Granola for myself, family and friends to selling at local Farmers Markets. My humble Granola has expanded to include 3 kinds of Granola, Granola Bars, Crunches and Specialty Artisan breads. Who knew? What is important to me is that whatever I'm making, baking and sharing with people the quality is the best. Organic, fresh and responsibly sourced, no added sugars, dyes or preservatives, small batch and slow roasted. Breads are rustic, using slow fermentation methods and whole grains.
